Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a material breach of these terms. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and balances on duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
Age Restriction Notice. pk37 operates a strict 21+ policy. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent this requirement is a serious breach of these terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law. All winnings and bonus amounts credited to accounts found to be operated by persons under 21 will be voided and any deposited funds returned to the payment method used.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk37 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk37 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.2 You must notify pk37 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pk37 may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation where unauthorised access is suspected.
3.3 You may not transfer, sell, or share your pk37 account with any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership is a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure.
3.4 pk37 maintains the right to perform periodic account reviews, including KYC re-verification, in accordance with its licence obligations. During such reviews, withdrawal functionality may be suspended pending satisfactory verification.
3.5 Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as set out in the current pk37 Fee Schedule. Players will be notified by registered email before any inactivity fees are applied.
4.1 pk37 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.
4.2 The minimum deposit on pk37 is Rs 100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the pk37 cashier at the time of the transaction.
4.3 All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Where KYC has not been completed, pk37 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.4 pk37 processes JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to HBL and UBL are typically completed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided for withdrawals are accurate. pk37 will not be liable for funds transferred to an incorrect account or mobile number where the Player has provided inaccurate details.
4.6 pk37 reserves the right to request proof of source of funds in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations under its international gaming licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Payment Methods. pk37 accepts JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 as payment methods. All transactions are processed in PKR. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction and credited to your account in PKR.
5.1 pk37 offers various promotional bonuses to players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slots, and sportsbook free bet credits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise, all pk37 bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the balance. Where a bonus is offered as a deposit match, the wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount.
5.3 Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary. Slots generally contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games, and video poker typically contribute at a lower rate as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
5.4 Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to the Player's account, unless a different expiry period is stated in the specific promotion terms.

5.6 Abuse of pk37 promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using arbitrage strategies to extract guaranteed profit from promotional terms, or any other behaviour that pk37 considers to constitute bonus abuse — will result in the voiding of the relevant bonus and may result in account closure.
6.1 The pk37 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international Test, ODI, and T20 matches), football, snooker, and other sports markets as offered from time to time. All available markets and odds are displayed on the pk37 platform.
6.2 All bets placed on the pk37 sportsbook are binding from the moment the Player's bet slip is confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled except through the use of the pk37 cash-out feature where that feature is available for the relevant market.
6.3 Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sport's governing body. In cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and domestic matches, and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures.
6.4 In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable betting rules, pk37 reserves the right to void all bets on the affected event and return stakes to Player accounts.
6.5 Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing a bet. pk37 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market at its discretion, including imposing individual account-level betting limits where pk37 determines this is appropriate.
6.6 In the event of an obvious pricing error, pk37 reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price, regardless of the settlement outcome. Players will be notified and stakes returned promptly where this occurs.
7.1 All casino games offered on the pk37 platform — including slots, live casino, crash games, and table games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by a recognised third-party testing laboratory.

7.3 Technical malfunctions in any casino game — including server disconnections, display errors, or software failures — void all pays and plays on the affected round. 11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk37's total liability to any Player in respect of any claims arising from the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.
11.2 pk37 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from the use of or inability to use the pk37 platform, even where pk37 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.3 pk37 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform services.
12.1 Players may close their pk37 account at any time by contacting pk37 support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of account closure will be processed in the normal manner. Any balance remaining after withdrawal will be returned to the Player's designated payment method.
12.2 pk37 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without notice, where:
12.3 Where an account is terminated by pk37 for a material breach by the Player, any balance in the account may be retained pending investigation and may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the outcome of that investigation.
13.1 pk37 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pk37 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the registered email address on file. Continued use of the pk37 platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
13.2 The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always published at pk37.org/terms-conditions and is dated with the effective date of the most recent revision. Players are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law applicable under the jurisdiction of pk37's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising between a Player and pk37 shall first be referred to pk37's customer support team for resolution.
14.2 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support engagement within a reasonable period, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism established by pk37's licensing authority. The decision of the licensing authority's dispute resolution body is binding on pk37.
14.3 Nothing in these terms limits a Player's statutory rights as a consumer under the law of the jurisdiction in which they reside, to the extent that those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
14.4 These Terms and Conditions are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
